Extreme or not?
From recent experience we would say "Surely EXTREME". There is nothing worse than running on a platform apparently fragile 111m above the gorge at Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, staring (I know, I know - you should never look at, but try to remember that if you realize what you have the obligation to register!) for the rushing waters far below, while the realization of what you sinking slowly

Well, that soundsI like bungee jumping, is not it? I do not. Fortunately, I'm here and I breathed a sigh of relief, you should not jump if you suffer from a weak shoulder, knees weak, heart disease or a neurological problem. I, fortunately, is suffering from a dislocated shoulder from a body-surfing accident some years ago. Damn! The Victoria Falls bungee jump at 111m, used for the highest commercial bungee jump in the world to be, but it takes hours to second place behind Bloukrans bridge over the river in South Africa, which is a 160m bungee, even if the throat is the same 216m! However, and here I can be a little 'biased, the Vic Falls jump is still among the most spectacular and probably (almost definitely!) The excellent location in the world.
The bridge is in "no man's land" between Zimbabwe and ZambiaBorder posts. On one side are the Falls themselves - one of the seven wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on the other side is the turbulent Zambezi forced within the walls of the narrow gorge.
The Big Air Company at Victoria Falls, is led and managed by Garth Fowler has posted a wonderful place to bungee jump. It has a 100% safety record - and is open 365 days a year. There is a strict adherence to safety standards. You can be safe in the knowledge thatare always in a safe, controlled and professional - even if you seem to be surrounded by a group of comedians! The joke, joshing and general pulling his leg never ends and it certainly makes it easier to jump.

When you get to the edge, fingers grip the platform, shoulders slumped, and the entireWeight of the body away from the drops, speak calmly and enjoyable for you and show you step out of the wound without losing face.
My guinea pig would do it again? I do not think so ... He did enjoy? Hmmmm, I'm not so sure! But even if every single moment of it (my interpretation) that he was hated 'zinging' of adrenaline when he was on the bridge.
